We have been asked for sometime by many trade customers to provide them with accurate, up-to-date, easy to access information, which resulted in our company thoroughly researching the market where in the summer of 2004 we decided to create an industry leading On-Line Garden Machinery Trade Shop.

Many of our trade customers have expressed their frustration at the numerous parts identification systems available from paper books, microfilms, cd’s, and on-line ordering, where many dealers were of the opinion if parts information could be obtainable from one source, their job in satisfying their customers parts information enquiries could be substantially improved. We discussed the problem with many of our loyal suppliers, who were very supportive in supporting our initiative to provide the UK’s dealers with a simple, easy to use, source of information including parts identification and on-line ordering.
